Key Responsibilities:
o Implementation of intelliMATCH reconciliation tool globally (both desktop & web model) for a large American bank
o Conduct and document client scoping sessions, including the creation of a Statement of Work, project plan, and resource work plan. Manage the client relationship and expectations while developing relationships at a senior level.
o Understand and set engagement objectives at the beginning of the project. Build client and engagement knowledge repository with help of available documents. Ensure continuous learning for self & team, organize knowledge sharing sessions.
o Understand the business requirement of client, facilitate documentation preparation and receive client acceptance before the development phase.
o Lead other team members on the tool configuration process using SDLC. Hands on experience on tool installation & configuration process.
