Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Handling the entire recruitment cycle right from sourcing to offer letter generation.
Vendor management.
Campus Recruitment.
Reference/ Verification Check.
Joining and Exit Formalities
Handling the On-boarding of new hires and desired employee documentation.
Taking exit feedbacks, issuing experience & reliving letters and ensuring full and final settlement for the attrited employees.
Induction and Orientation
Organize/ Coordinate induction programs for new joinees and old employees to make them aware of organizational set up and policies applicable.
Performance Management/ Appraisal
Administering the performance through appraisal and deciding on confirmation/ probation extensions of new employee and hikes in remuneration, after discussing it with the business heads and senior management.
Employee Engagement
Managing Birthdays/ Anniversaries/ New born/ Marriages/ Farewells/ Year Completions parties and gifts etc.
Policies & Procedures:
Ensure smooth functioning and implementation of policies and follow the processes as per the laid down procedures in the organization.
Responsible for modification of HR policies in conjunction with the senior management.
Some other responsibilities:
Keeping track of desired employee information.
Collation and preparation of input for payroll processing.
Ensuring adherence to the statuary compliances like PF, ESI etc.
Maintaining attendance and leaves records.
Grievance handling/ Problem Solving.
Database building, creating and maintaining required and relevant MIS.
