Possess knowledge of ISO, Safety, and Warehouse & Stock management.

Extensive experience in Level IV Scheduling (Master, Revision & Recovery Schedule with action plan).

Involvement in Cost & Contractual management such as Job Cost booking, Client/ Sub contractor billing, Estimation, Delay registering, Change order claims etc., with all respects.

Keen customer centric orientation with excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.

Preparing Master Construction Schedule for the project.

Making Zero cost report from the Original BOQ

Preparation of Manpower & Equipment Requirement Program supporting to Master schedule

Preparation of S-curves & Histograms projecting Weekly & Monthly Planned progress

Preparation of Two weeks & One month Look ahead schedule based on Master schedule & work fronts

Preparation of Earned value Analysis, Earned vs. Budget Reconciliations (Equipments, materials, man-hours), Month wise projected Invoice, Job cost report etc.

Preparation of Recovery Plan for recovering the slippage in Master schedule.

Submission of Daily, Weekly, monthly reports which reflects, Bulk material reconciliation, Steel reconciliation, Sub contractor reconciliation, Job cost report, Planned Vs Achieved Invoicing, Labour resource procurement, QA/ QC status etc

Analyzing the cash inflow & cash outflow for the entire project.

Involving Estimation & Quantity takeoff for various projects
