1. Responsible for troubleshooting.

3. Writing functional specs.
4. Interacting with ABAPers for new developments.
5. Training the end users and preparing end user training material.

Other responsibilities as follows-
Project System Cycle -
1) Freezing up new Project Templates as per with standard MIS formats of reporting.
2) Creating New Project Definitions, WBS elements, Networks and Activities.
3) Automatic generation of Purchase Requisitions in Projects.
4) Releasing Project Elements for further processing through Purchase Requisitions.
5) Facilitating Milestone Billing and associated PS Texts for defining Project Status.
6) Project Tracing.
7) MIS Reporting using bar Charts other Graphical Tools in PS Module.

Materials Management Cycle-

1) Creation of Purchase Orders (Materials and Services) with appropriate assignment to Networks/ Activities in PS Module upon generation of Purchase Requisitions.
2) Posting the costs appropriately to specified G/ L codes.
3) Creation of Material code.
4) Generation of GRN, Service Entry Sheets, Quality Inspection & Lot Clearance.
5) Creating Machine and Component Serial Nos. in SAP for assemblies.
6) Issuing material to Networks in PS and making Stock Transport Orders.

Expansion of Existing Plant. Which include 1) 20 TR Brine Plant 2) 60 TR water chilling Plant 3) 400TR Cooling Tower 4) 3 Tonn IBR boiler M/ s Thermax make. 5) 2 nos. of 4kl SSR 6) 2 nos. of 3. 5kl GLR each. & Its respective Piping.
Project: - 2
Erection of Pilot Plant under GMP STD. Complete HVD Plant, which includes 2 Nos. of SSR capacities of 100 & 200Lit. 2 No of GLR of capacity 100 Lit. & 200 Lit each, 2 No of 50 Lit. each glass assembles, Condenser vet-condenser, Collection pot, Addition vessels. Processes Piping, utility piping.

Project: 1
It is the project of erection & commissioning of six sublimation vessels & their assosaries. Sublimation vessel is a vessel in which vapors are directly converted to solid by removing heat from vapors by cooing water. It is a vessel, which have heating jacket at bottom & cooling jacket at top. Heating is carried out with the help of electric heaters. Gas generated in processes is conveying to burner via flame arrester assembly.
Work under my Scope.
1) Material procurement.
2) Maintaining record of material received at site.
3) Installation of equipments, piping & pumps.
4) Hydro testing.
5) Commissioning.
6) Preparation of as build drawing.

Project: 2
It is project of utilization of waste heat, coming out of DG. (1275 KVA of caterpillar make generator) through exhaust, which is previously, it sent to directly to atmosphere is now diverted to steam generator of capacity 945kg/ hr fire tube boiler. through three way pneumatic dampers & then to atmosphere. For the site of M/ s Perfette Van Mill located at Haryana.
Jacket water heat recovery system It is a project of heat recovery from radiator of D. G. set. That heat is utilized in process.

1) Work Planning, Shutdown Planning.
2) Record keeping of material received at site.
3) Steam piping & hot water piping.
4) Hydro testing.
5) Preparation of as build drawing.
6) Preparation of daily work report.
7) Co-ordination between head office & Site office.

Project:3
It is a project of fabrication, erection of flue gas ducting of sizes 750mm, 900mm & 1050mm. for the site of M/ s Garden Silk located at Surat Gujrat. All ducting are fabricated at workshop & then delivered to site.
Work under my Scope.
1) Inspection at fabrication shop.
2) Site erection work.

4) Land Mark Chemicals.
Designation: - Site Engineer from October 2000 to November 2002.
Project:
Expansion of existing plant. In that erection of 3000 lit. one SS316 rector, one centrifuge, two 3000lits jacketed dissolution vessels, one FBD, one 800-kg/ hr water tube boiler & all inter-connected SS & MS piping.
Work under my Scope.
1. Erection & Commissioning of vessels & their piping as per drawing at Site.
2. Inspection of piping by visual & by hydro testing.
