ACADAMIC PROJECT (MCM)

SALES AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The project has been under taken on the basis of the requirement in the company MICROSYS. It has its marketing department, which in turn has the sales and maintenance service divisions. The marketing department itself is the management. There is also inventory department but it has no role as such in this system. The project is being carried out in the administrative department of the company. The department has to produce certain reports, after scanning various reports and documents.

In the project provisions are made which will keep track of delivery challan, sales taking place, invoice. Facilities given for updating and maintaining masters and details of order and the product will be taken care by the sales division. Files, registers etc. are to be scanned and forwarded to the marketing division. The marketing department takes various managerial decisions after observing the reports and studying the companys statement. The proposed system mainly stress on generation if those reports, which forms the major backbone of the sales and service management system
