Responsible for Full recruitment cycle, Sourcing resume form Database & Portals, Shortlist exact match, calling and discussion with Candidates. Schedule their telephonic/ face to face interview, Client Interaction for different requirement and updates/ feedback Good record to understand client requirement and sending them right fit. Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, Candidate follow-up, Pre/ Post client interviews.
