A Wireless Performance management tool called Prospect is used for Traffic Metering/ Measurement the LUCENT-Adjunct. The product extracts statistical information produced by telecommunication equipment and has connectivity to switches/ routers/ OMCRs. This statistical information collected from the Network Element which is stored in the relational database helps to engineer the telecommunication system to obtaining optimal QOS within available resources. This product helps to monitor, maintain and improve the performance of the system
