 Initiating development of new Subcontractors, vendors and motivating the exiting to increase their capacity to achieve the goal in terms of quality, quantity, delivery time and cost.
 Handling MRP and Capacity planning of subcontractors, Contractors and vendors.
 Holds credential in problem solving and providing technical solution to vendors (i. e. Press Shop, M/ C Shop, molding, metal finishing, Hard Anodizing, plating etc) for continuous supply.
 Successfully Handling contracts Management & Administration matters of subcontractors.
 Preparing various MIS reports, conducting Auditing, re-conciliation and verification.
 Instrumental in Identification of bottleneck and development of significant alternate recourse.
 Dexterity in monitoring distribution and safe custody of Tools, Dies, Jigs, Fixtures, Materials, Drawing, Intellectual property-Know how, Trademarks, Patents, Copyright, Loan/ Advances etc and keeping proper documentation.
