Interface between the customer and the technical team. Off line systems virtualization.  Designing, developing and maintaining the Finance related applications, especially Vendor payments modules.
Responsibilities:

To identify the processes that can be virtualized.

Requirement gathering from customer and designing & develop the applications.

To prepare Business Requirement Document and conducting User Acceptance Test.

To analyze the built process and to upgrade on real-time basis.

To train the customer assistance team.

End to end responsibilities from requirement gathering till end user queries resolving.
