Responsible for handling the IT (TBA Solutions) service operations in the circle with over 24 team members.
Distinction of achieving 100% of QMS objectives.
Ensure uptime of network as well as service assurance.
Accountable for controlling the deliverables to the customer according to the contract
Instrumental in carrying out of new installations/ Implementation of TBA Software.
Mentoring a dedicated team of 24 engineers, material co-ordinator and helpdesk for execution of customer care and service operations.
Responsible for managing/ planning of the rollout activities that often took place at the client location.
Accountable for overseeing the renewal of contracts/ work orders.
Managing vendors like IBM, CMS, HP, Lenovo, HCL and others for timely delivery of services/ products.
Proficient in working on Network Operating System (Novell 4. x/ 5. x, Windows All flavors, Server and Desktop versions, Linux 7. 1, ES-3 Installation.
