Project Description & Role: Onsite and Offshore Support & SAP Basis Consultant

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) Government of UK has implemented SAP applications for their day-to-day activities. This implementation is known as the GUS project. The first phase of the project implements solution to support the Finance, Human Resources (HR), Procurement and Payroll functionality. The systems installed are ECC 6. 0 EP 7. 0 SRM 5. 0 Solution Manager 4. 0. The systems are installed on Windows 2003 server with MS SQL 2005 as Database.

Roles Description:
 Daily monitoring and maintenance of all the servers.
 Configuring the printers as per the requirment.
 Monitoring and Troubleshooting of systems using ABAP dumps and System Logs.
 Implementing SNOTE as per the requirement.
 Opening the OSS, and HTTP connections
