Administrative Officer ( Reporting -> Director of AIA)
AIA is a co-operative initiative launched by global leaders like ABB, Emerson, Honeywell, Invensys, L&T, Rockwell, Siemens, Yokogawa. A vibrant, forward looking platform for Automation suppliers, System Integrators, Consultants and service providers.
During my five months, I worked for two major seminars:
Automotive Tech, Mumbai
Pharma Tech, Hyderabad
I was assigned entire communication channel for seminar Automotive Tech held in Mumbai and Pharma Tech in Hyderabad. I was solely responsible for sending out invitations and follow-up with leaders/ representatives including CEOs and MDs of various companies involved in automation business. The participant companies were TATA technologies, Mahindra & Mahindra, TVS Motors, ABB, L & T, Siemens, Ranbaxy, Dr. Reddys, Biozeen, Pharmexcil etc. (More than 50 companies)
I used mail merge feature of MS-Word in conjunction with Gmail and MS-Outlook as email-client/ database.
Upgradation of association's website and to convert the presentation papers of speakers in PDF Format and upload them on the website. This also comprises of picture gallery consisting pictures from the latest event.
Upgradation & maintenance of all records and documents of the association.
General administration of association, including maintenance of accounts.
Regular liaison with AIA Executive Council & Members.
Managing the association database and electronic communication channels.
