Project Planning and Execution
 Planning, scoping, estimation & implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
 Coordinating projects for the set up facilities with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
 Preparing budgets & planning funds for diverse operations, ensuring adherence to allotted budgets.
 Preparing periodic MIS reports to facilitate decision making by top management
Plant Operations
 Overseeing plant operations encompassing material planning & store, R&M and utility budgeting and other allied functions for accomplishment of overall business targets.
 Handling plant operations including safe start-up, operation and shutdown of plant, trouble shooting and routine maintenance during shifts.
 Developing new process concepts and SOPs for production optimization yield improvement as well as handling quality initiatives etc.
 Liaising with Government authorities for obtaining necessary approvals and clearances.
 Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality and reduce rejection level.
Operations & Maintenance
 Planning and effecting preventive/ predictive/ breakdown maintenance schedules of various machineries and equipments in the plant to increase machine up time/ reility. The plant machineries like Svedala, Jaques International, Pegson, Kue Ken, Parker, Telsmith, Simon cone, Shenyang, Nordberg and other crusher machineries, Cummins Generators 1000KVA, 650 KVA and 500KVA
 Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
 Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Installation & Commissioning
 Handling installation and commissioning of plants as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/ cost parameters.
 Undertaking up gradation, renovation & modification job of the existing machinery, equipment and manufacturing facilities of the plant.
 Reviewing plant layout & carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipments/ plants.
Team Management
 Leading, motivating and training the employees to improve their operational efficiency.
 Organizing training internal/ external programmes based on the training need analysis to elevate the skills & productivity of employees.
 Mentoring and motivating the employees to increase their operational efficiency
