CITI RPLID is the CITI Banks Retail Private Lable Customer service Integrated desktop System. CITI RPL cards has the different types of Clients like American Airlines, Goodyear tyres, The Home Depot stores, Office Depot, Staples, Radio Shack, Zales, ALS, Wealth Management etc.
There are different products like Consumer credit cards, Commercial credit cards for purchase or withdrawal of cash from ATMs. These cards can be used through different channels like purchasing at stores, purchasing through online portals. RPLID has been developed using front end technology Visual basic and used Oracle as the database server for back end support. This application deals with the customers credit cards data.
Responsibilities:

 Preparing Test scenarios.
 Writing the Test Cases.
 Executing the Test Cases.
 Conducting various training like RPLID Training and Clear Quest to junior testers.
 Actively participated in preparing UAT plan and UAT completion report for every minor and major release.
 Quality assurance on a regular basis.
 Bug Reporting and tracking through Quality Center.
 Involvement in Retesting and Regression testing.
 Interacting with Developers and Service Engineering team daily during defect call and discussing technical issues and testing progress
