Safety Officer of my division, selected by the committee.
Taking meeting of the QA/ QC staff, for Planning, Goals of the day or any other issue/ matter relevant to QA/ QC in co-relation with the Incharge QA/ QC.
Carrying out Lab testing of raw material during PQT (Process Qualification test), & online & off line testing, durig regular execution of production.
Taking Training sessions of the staff & workers for the awareness of operational & application activities.
Preparation & implementation of Quality Manual under control of MR.
Make SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), WI (Work Instructions for Quality & Production staff), MOI (Machine Operating Instructions for workers).
Correspondence with the supplier, Customers, Vendors etc. under control of plant head.
Make all process relevant formats.
Making Quality Assurance Plan, Quality Inspection Plan, PPS (Product Process Sheet), P. P. S (Production Planning Sheet) against the specification of the customers.
Maintaining ISO documents on daily basis i. e. Daily Production Report, MCR for logistic deptt., Release Pipe List, Consolidated testing report as per frequency, Mill test certificate, Separate record of every project, Release report of finished product, Daily & Weekly statistical Analysis report of Production, rejection %, waste, List of file nos, Job Nos, National & International Standards.
Making weekly statistical report of Raw Material consumption (% consumed in finished product, % consumed in waste, % consumed in rejection).
Making Plant Approval documents during the visit of delegations i. e. Plant Capacity, Machinery Capacity, record of previously executed order, Plant Layout, Process Chart etc.
Fully involved in the offline & online & Laboratory testing during the process.
Continuous interact with incharge Quality Control deptt. for non V conformances.
Maintaining the External & Internal calibration status of all instruments.
Involve in the external & Internal Audits of Cust. TPIA, Foreign delegates & ISO certification bodies.
Making final documents of the finished goods which company submits for billing
